The Inside Sales Representative provides clerical support to the sales team. This position is responsible for:

• Preparing, administering and coordinating client proposals, orders and specifications;
• Preparing various types of sales documents and producing related reports;
• Coordinating Sales team activities;
• Creating and maintaining sales contracts and agreements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

• Answer and direct phone calls;
• Schedule appointments with prospects and clients;
• Follow up on sales calls;
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices;
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries;
• Maintain and update sales and client records;
• Develop monthly sales reports;
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally;
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to effectively maintain client relations;
• Keep detailed records of interactions with clients;
• High school diploma – further education or certification is preferred;
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with external clients and Sales team on a consistent basis;
• Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment;
• Capable of meeting deadlines and working with daily time constraints.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
